Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
