Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears baggy black pantaloons and a brown scarf. He has done his best to style his red crest to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Farmer profession.
History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he usually wears his tan robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Rurik was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He carries a battered falchion and tarnished sickle as well. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
