Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Burto hails from a village terrorized by giants. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and many giants want him driven away
