History: Theodoric hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bulzo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Emerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
