History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spy, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Ar-Beka and his spouse have recently divorced.
