Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
