History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Morthos was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Morthos alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He takes great joy in being the best Bricklayer in town.

History: He was born in the north. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is an epitome of beauty. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Arnold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Arnold was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
