Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He usually wears his black robe and has his falchion always slung over his shoulder. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a grey vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his scarlet crest to look like a famous performer. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nykkan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Nykkan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nykkan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to be a bellfounder again

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear blue tank tops with black pants. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family.
