Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anselm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Ur-Lasu was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Gardener. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult
