History: Alston was born with his mother's beautiful face. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Grisha lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
