History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Rolen was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Azdûsh has worked very hard to control his curse. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wishes to resurrect an old love
