History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Oppleby took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Assassin. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
