Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is short and black. Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
