It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in a small plains village. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison.
