Personality: He is fixated on the number 89. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
