Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
