History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Gardain's homeland. Gardain decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is fixated on the number 12. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
