History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Tethren was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears long strands of amber and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Wobbles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and expand his business
