History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Fargas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
