History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Rael has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
