Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are violet.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An older man who wears a green armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down, he is not a threatening figure. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has green eyes and a green hat with a black feather.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is obsessed with his god.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Hunter mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
