Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Gifted from a young age, Aust studied abroad. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears bulky black painted plate armor. His fur is cinnamon, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
Motivation: To be a Dilettante again.

Description: This man is very fat, and sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gruk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gruk. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. After coming to the age of reason, Sammal took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'10". He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. The war was a terrible time for him, and Guy does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Guy was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Guy was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
