History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He tends to his Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 46. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Hobart was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a black collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east
