Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Kelter's homeland. Kelter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
