History: Gunter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Pandjed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
