Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest and prefers brown and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Einkil learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Einkil was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Animal Trainer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mormog fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He stands about 3'3" and wears white trousers with grey and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Anverth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Jeweler like his father before him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man very much looks the part of a Cook. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. His white hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
