History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Skak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Skak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Skak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
