Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dworic isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Dworic was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Shivering was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: Born in the north to a Unemployed, Astar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and many goblins want him driven away
