History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Kilvar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
