Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Oskar hails from a village terrorized by giants. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
