History: He was born in the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rimmon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Pirithin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Mindartis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
