Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, William is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
