History: Pikar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
