History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Efferil learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Apothecary father left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. A true patriot, Shifting would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Shifting was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.
