His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
