Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Gifted from a young age, Riardon studied abroad. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
