History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Cook, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
