He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Burto speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
