History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Marbas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hobart grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hobart. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
