History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Theriatis was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. During his travels, Charles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Charles discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Charles fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Bertram was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create.
