He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a blue collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a red scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, marred by beers. His blonde hair is cut short. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Dustin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Percival is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
