History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Korfel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Korfel decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Percival was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mayor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
