History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ahvain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ahvain was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and is pretty ugly. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Lamlis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Lamlis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a blue tunic with grey highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a flattop crest cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Zûgor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
