Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a Crown-heir first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Gerald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. After coming to the age of reason, Gerald took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Igden lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
