Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a blue shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and black pants. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Cressel took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Description: He wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bricklayer born in the past three hundred years. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He carries with him a set of morningstars on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He wears his brown hair up. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Suhnae is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: Suhnae was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Dazzazn was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Painter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
