Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
