History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His head has been shaved. His ears are large.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Roger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Pûg was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
