Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tod's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the west. Tod was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker.
