His crest is green and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
