History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Traubon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hadarai grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Farmer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.
